With over 20 Megawatts of AED and AWP’s Solar and Wind Energy Generation systems having already been installed and serviced by teams led by Military Veterans for the benefit of Commercial and Industrial clientele in addition to School and Military hosts, there’s no better time than now to integrate 20+ year ‘Legacy’ systems! As part of the YouTility Platform’s ongoing commitment to bettering the lives of as many real American Hero’s as possible, special recruitment efforts are currently underway to identify and hire additional servicing technicians who are Veterans to be led by 2 existing AWP servicing leads who are Veterans for several existing AWP Wind Turbine servicing contracts, some of which being between AWP and the DOD for installations on Military bases.
Sustainable growth via sustainability-centric projects by its nature creates many new highly sought after ‘New Energy Sector’ job opportunities while also making a long-lasting, very public and often-times highly publicized positive impact on the communities they serve. With more than 100+ projects in our continually expanding pipeline, the Platform is a high-performance engine that continually adds new School Districts, Municipalities, and large Commercial and Industrial customers engaging our internal Advisors and Developers at every level of the Sales, Engineering, Development, Installation and ongoing Operations and Maintenance process along the way. Because we prefer to hire Veterans for both internal positions and externally contracted services, the funding that YouTility provides, helps each associated entity to scale up its operations in addition to creating the potential to participate in special Veteran programs and grants, the Platform’s sustainable and fully scalable activities are likely to result in thousands of jobs and specialized training opportunities for Veterans.
